So, I walked into the kitchen and was confronted with this scene. (You know when you see something and you can identify what you’re seeing but your brain needs a second or two to process it anyway?)

Well, as I was standing there looking baffled Kelly looked up and said, “Mom, we’re making Snapple cupcakes [Snapple poured into a cupcake pan] and drinking them. Do you want some?”

As it turns out, Snapple cupcakes are pretty good. They’re even better if you drink them through a straw from a juice box.
